We had a great experience at The Plains Tire & Auto. We bought a car from Carvana that needed a lot of repairs - the team at The Plains Tire & Auto advocated for us to ensure that our car was not only fixed but that we had assurances via warranty that we would be protected moving forward. After such a horrible experience with Carvana it was refreshing to have an auto center not only fix our car but update us daily and ensure we were all set for the long haul! Highly recommend.

My wonderful Lincoln MKX started having a lot of small problems here and there, nothing major until the day the transmission was inoperable. I had it towed in to The Plains Service center for repair. Brandon and his technicians put a high tech code reader on it and cleared the codes. It was instantly cured! I've been driving it for a month since then and cannot find one thing wrong with it. I am truly amazed and forever grateful to The Plains Service center for their knowledge and expertise in fixing my car! ??
